Cancellation Policy for "I Am a Recruiter" Merchandise Store

 

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:

    • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at iamarecruitercommunity@gmail.com.. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be eligible for a return or exchange (see Return Policy for details).

  • Cancellation Timeframe:

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

    • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the order's processing status.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping fees, to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirming the cancellation. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Cancellation Due to Inventory or Fulfillment Issues

  • In rare cases, "I Am a Recruiter" reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly via email and issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

 

Modifying Your Order

  • If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., update shipping information or modify an item), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at  iamarecruitercommunity@gmail.com. Changes cannot be made once the order has been processed or shipped.

Pre-Order or Backordered Items

  • If your order contains pre-order or backordered items, you may cancel the order at any time before the item is shipped by contacting us at iamarecruitercommunity@gmail.com.
