After his MBA, Arun faced another hurdle: the 9/11 attacks and the subsequent economic downturn. đŹ Job hunting was tough, but his HR focus remained laser sharp. He gained invaluable experience at a friend's company while simultaneously leveling up his HR skills with a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management. đ Now that's dedication!
