Refunds and Returns:

We understand that circumstances may change. If you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility:

 

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Some items are non-refundable, including:

    • Personalized or customized goods

    • Products that deteriorate quickly or have expired

    • Items that are unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

    • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery


Process:
 
  • Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please email us at iamarecruitercommunity@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

  • Review: We will review your request and may ask for additional information.

  • Return (if applicable): If approved, we may provide instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.


Exceptions:
 

  • Sale items are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply based on local laws.

  • If the item was marked as a gift, the refund will be issued as a gift credit.

  • For gifts where the giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the giver.
