To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original condition.

Some items are non-refundable, including:

Personalized or customized goods

Products that deteriorate quickly or have expired

Items that are unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Return (if applicable): If approved, we may provide instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exceptions:

Sale items are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply based on local laws.

If the item was marked as a gift, the refund will be issued as a gift credit.

For gifts where the giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the giver.
